Meet The Founder
Soumita Manna, a graduate of Pearl Academy in Fashion Design, is the visionary behind Synergy — a brand rooted in authenticity, craft, and thoughtful design. Her journey began within the fashion industry, where she closely observed a growing shift toward diluted interpretations of traditional craftsmanship and an overemphasis on replication. This realization became a turning point, inspiring her to create something more meaningful and original.
With a deep understanding of embroidery, silhouette development, and garment construction for both men and women, Soumita brings a refined balance of artistry and structure to her work. Her design philosophy goes beyond aesthetics — she places equal importance on surface ornamentation, texture, and the finer details that give each piece its identity.
Driven by a desire to preserve the integrity of craft while adapting it to contemporary lifestyles, Soumita founded Synergy as a platform for genuine expression.
